your free week & Faye Plus
Every new account gets a free week — no plan, no card, up to 10 messages a day. After that, Faye Plus keeps her around ($4.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the US; the app shows your local price). Faye Plus includes a fair daily message limit, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
cancel or change your plan
Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Faye. Or, in Faye, open your profile (the person icon) → manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews to avoid the next charge.
restore a purchase
On a new phone, open the plans screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
delete your account
In Faye, open your profile → delete my account. Your account and message counts are erased from our servers, and your photos, chats, and profile are erased from your phone. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, so cancel that first.
report a reply
Long-press any message from Faye and tap Report. It opens an email to us with the reply included, so we can look into it.
